Buzinessware is the worst provider i ever saw. I ordered a domain and webspace and hosted my website over two years there. Every month i had connection issues. I did not receive my emails. Answers on support was always "problem is on your side/everything is fine". Im Systemadministrator, problem was definitely not on my side. Meanwhile i host my website somewhere else - no issues.. what a wonder?

I had to prolong my domain and joined the Memberarea and paid the invoice. One week later i receive a email that invoice is still open. I wrote to support that i pay the invoice. Support told no.

The incompetent people from Buzinessware made two invoices for same service and told me several times to pay.

Better hands off. Just troubles. I never had to go through that much anger with a easy webspace hosting.

They make their customer stupid first they said that they have 5gb ddos protection for their clients and than on 1gb ddos attacked they suspend your server and their customer support is more the poor no reply on time they don't care after taking money seriously not recommended

Unqualified support and management, they don't answer the calls or reply to emails or solve an issue, every few weeks service down and they disappear.
