WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! WORST company ever! You will never be able to cancel the services!!!!!! You will be charged even after closing the accounts! We closed our accounts January 2013 and we are still being charged for domains we have not used since 2012. Do not give them your credit card info. They owe us over $100 and we have been calling them for 3 plus years. Yes, they charged us in 2013, then 2014, 2015 and even in 2016, even though we called every time the charges appeared on the credit card and reminded them we cancelled those domains. Each time the answer was the same." We will check into it and give you a refund"......By the way, make sure when you call that you get a ticket number (if you do not have a ticket number, that means the person did not even put the request through to the department...) Every time I call customer service, I get a person in a different country, ie Luvinia from Philipines, who could not even put me in touch with a supervisor because there was no supervisor available... so she said....., then Porscha in Asia (just spoke with her today, so we will see) etc....... TERRIBLE company!!!!!! I would stay away!!!!!!!!! We had a .com and a .net domain with them. The issue is still not solved. Porscha promised she submitted it to the department that handles issues like this, but again, we have been told the same thing in the past by Luvinia and other customer service reps.... I had to call the credit card company and ask for a MERCHANT BLOCK on the account so the credit card company will not accept any more charges from them since I don't know what else to do, other than getting a lawyer and sue them.
