Meistens ist eine Registrierung (Domain) oder Login zum Account nicht möglich.
Seit Tagen versuche ich mich auf meinen Bestehenden Account bei Freenom anzumelden, was leider nicht geht obwohl meine Domains noch vorhanden sind. Weiterhin sind Registrierungen von Domains nicht möglich und Neuanmeldung mit anderer E-Mail ebenfalls nicht möglich. Ich komme zu der Überzeugung das Laien bzw. Anfänger bei Freenom Arbeiten oder Kaffee schlürfen.
Meine Domains wurden aus unerfindlichen Gründen (teilt Freenom mir nicht mit , lediglich der Hinweis auf Verstoss gegen Ihre AGB wurde gegeben) allesamt gesperrt. Auch die , über die keinerlei Traffic lief. Meine Angaben bei der Registrierung waren allesamt echt und korrekt.
Habe dort eine .eu-Domain bestellt. Nach der Bestellung habe ich gleich einen Gutschein in Höhe des Einkaufswertes bekommen, der nur auf Freenom einlösbar ist. Die Domain habe ich nicht bekommen. Das heißt man zahlt eigentlich für nichts - mit dem Gutschein kann man nichts anfangen! Nach einem Monat nun immer noch keine Antwort auf mein E-Mail! Von Geschäften mit dieser Firma kann ich nur abraten!
Hi, ich hatte vor einigen Jahren auch mal eine free .tk Domain im Besitz. Diese war nach einiger Zeit recht bekannt und wurde ohne grund eingezogen und hat auf eine Werbeseite weiter geleitet die Webung anzeigt. Die free Domain hatte damals mehr als 2000 Besucher pro Tag, wurde auf einmal gesperrt und leitete dann auf eine Werbeseite weiter ohne Grund, nach Beschwerde bei dot.tk, Freischaltung und dann erneut "Your selected domain name is a domain name that has been cancelled, suspended, refused or reserved at the Dot TK Registry It may be available for re-registration at http://www.dot.tk"
Nach kürzester Zeit wieder gesperrt. Es war eine legale Domain die ein Deutsches Impressum auf der Website hatte.
Ich denke mal je populärer eine Domain bei dot.tk ist, je größer sind die Chancen dass diese gesperrt werden und auf werbe Seiten weiter leiten. Die Domain kann man bis Heute nicht Regestrieren/Kaufen da sie dauerhaft im Besitz der Firma ist. Ich werde nie wieder den Fehler machen und eine free Domain für ein Projekt zu Testen. Lieber das Geld investieren und eine kaufen.

For a fact we do not cancel domains that have high traffic because of that traffic. There is no added value for us to take down a legit domain in any way, so there must be a different reason that I would be delighted to share with you here.

An sich ist die Idee von Freenom.com gut und die von mir registrierten Domains haben (ehemals) auch einwandfrei funktioniert. Irgendwann wurde dann mein Account aus nicht ersichtlichen Gründen gesperrt. Es war mir auch nicht möglich einen neuen Account zu registrieren.
Für einen Domain-Dienstleister ist so etwas absolut unbrauchbar! Wer eine seriöse und zuverlässige Domain und Webseite betreiben möchte sollte von diesem Anbieter die Finger lassen und lieber zu einem seriösen Anbieter gehen und ein paar Euro in die Hand nehmen für eine vernünftige Domain!
Mein Eindruck ist, dass FreeNom die Domain kostenlos vergibt in der Hoffnung dass die Domains einen guten Domain/SEO-Rank bekommen. Danach kann es schon mal vorkommen, dass die Domains (vorzeitig) dem Nutzer weg genommen werden, sodass FreeNom.com Werbung schalten kann. Selbiges ist den Usern übrigens laut AGB nicht gestattet ... äußerst seriöses Verhalten - selbst für einen teilweise "gratis" Dienstleister.
Bevor ich diesem Anbieter bezahlte Domains anvertraue gehe ich lieber zu einem seriöseren Hoster!

It's not allowed to have adult content on Freedomains, clear and simple. Domains like pussytube.gq, hornygirls.cf, gayporn.cf, xxxfree.ga, etc. are not allowed. This is clearly stated in the Freedomains Terms and Conditions that can be found on our website: http://www.freenom.com/en/doc_tcfree_freenom_v0110.pdf (see article 10.3.14)
Please note that the advertising system you refer to had been closed for over 2 years. We have no interest in cancelling domains that are being used conform the terms and conditions... we love those and will definitely not cancel them.
Der Titel sagt alles. Regelmäßiges einloggen hilft weiter! Ich gehe davon aus die Firma ist bemüht inakte Domains wieder auf den Markt zu werfen - das finde ich vollkommen in Ordnung. Ich gehe außerdem davon aus, dass jeder seine Domain wieder freigeschaltet bekommt wenn er fragt! Ich sehe keinen Vorteil für den Betreiber wenn er kostenlose Domains entzieht und nicht wieder freigibt.
