1st off I buy a domain through them (1st mistake) then I misspelt it went to there support and it sat there for 2 weeks unanswered then finally instead of answering it they closed it! Then I emailed them and no reply then I went to Paypal forced them to give me my money back then 1 day later they removed my account! I cannot get it back now this is outrageous! What a bunch of Savages!
Dear Steve, Misspelling a domain name can never be the mistake of the registrar, right? We have returned your money and ate the fees for the misspelled domain. Paypal claims are treated like a chargeback and result into (temporary) closure of the account. If you think this decision is incorrect please send me an email and I will look into this.
I registered several domains for one year. It has been about 6 weeks, and all of the domains are now registered to the Freenom company and I have no access to them. I submitted a support ticket and never heard back. This "service" is a failure even if you choose the free option.
1. Agreed; support should speed up. We are working on it. 2. Registrering freedomains dot not give you ownership; that's when you purchase a domain. Freedomains are subject to content rules and other regulations. Not comply to this can result in cancellation of the domains in question. 3. We instantly cancel accounts that are involved in phishing, copyright infringement and spam. A good thing, I guess.

Freenom has cancelled www.agorabedding.ga. I have directed the domain to my Blogspot website. Is there any rules and regulations which I didn't comply?
Your domain was cancelled for the following reason: "The spider could not reach the webservice and therefore cancelled the domain (reason: DNS NoAnswer) ". Freedomain require to be active at all times. I can give you the domain back if you want. Sorry for the very late response, did not get an update about your reply. We can't steal it from you as Freenom remains the legal owner of a freedomain. But I can understand it feels that way. Very bad experience with freenom.com. They have very poor support. You will not take any answer before 3 days, even if you are in a very very big trouble with their system. Their system is even more poor. I have registered 2 domains of my clients. But after 3 days domains are still available on other providers. My money are deducted. Their system shows that domains are registered, but they are still available. I have opened support ticket but no respond. I have to answer my client, but I am stuck.

Beware! They will take your domain away without warning
Beware. Do NOT use this service if you want a stable, honest and helpful provider. I've submitted 6 trouble tickets since October 2014 and have yet to receive one single reply.
I recently had every single domain from Freenom get pulled and marked as FRAUD with no explanation or warning. This caused loss of revenue and required immediate action to our advertising and marketing campaigns, as well as finding an alternative method to return our sites to working order.
I cannot recommend this company with a good and honest conscience. Avoid.

Got no response on my comment. The combination of ad campaigns and freedomains is not a good one. We do not allow the usage of freedomains for parking or other forms of sole advertisement. Unfortunately we see a lot of these so-called reviews from people that did not play by the rules. For all others, we are happy to help and will continue to offer freedomains.
Why do u suspended my domain ? It's againts ur TOS???? i just make domain dot tk. It's free domain. the age just 2 weeks and start to get visitor. Then. Bammmmm...... you suspended it without any alert or any email to tell me what wrong.
