They randomly started suspending accounts that I made, the uptime of the website was horrendous and then they suspended my own account after sending them multiple tickets that involved technical issues on their end and having those tickets closed repeatedly.

I did not break any of the terms in the ToS, which explicitly mention that they are only in the position of suspending accounts if either an occurrence of a breach of the Terms of Service goes down or if abusive material is uploaded.

I lost a total amount of ~$22, since my account was suspended a little over a year after my purchases. All of my purchases were meant to last for three years. Also, before proceeding, please pay attention to other websites on Google that have a much lower average rating (one of them is even close to 1.6/10 stars), where the reviews also express eerily similar concerns.

If you think that you're going to be fine with a little downtime, trust me, there was this one occasion where the entire thing went down for a total of 27 hours.
