First, they offer a trial period, that can be converted to free lifetime after a review, they also take care to validate the request for an account, that step offers an extra layer of confidence, their cPanel has a lot of options, some of them can seem a little overwhelming at first, but once you understand what most options do, you are ready to go

Decent service. I transferred over as I needed an extra level of support and protection for my domain and email. These guys provide a ton of webspace and bandwidth and always respond quickly to questions. Uptime has never once dropped. For the price paid, I can't fault it.

I was using a different Hosting for some years with more or less good success!
HostPoco differs a lot, on the good side, and showed that it's very helpful for just normal users and customers. I'm not a heavy user at all and just still didn't decide yet what I really will do in the next future, the life is very strange at this time and not easy!
Anyway, I'll thank the very helpful staff for all already done and will do in the future.
