I am a very satisfied customer and i made the very right decision to move to IO Zoom in April there service is great reasonably priced and the support is fast and effective. There had been minor issues which they have sorted out for me. Its a good 5-star host for vps beginners like me.

Ive been into hosting reseller business and providing 1st level support for more than a decade. Ive dealt with good and Worst hosting providers especially the cheap ones like....goda..., hostn e, arvi e, dream... and etc...though not all servers are made equal but the quality of support must be sufficient, responsive and SMART. And Im glad that i accidentally stumbled on IO ZOOM and hosting couple of wordpress sites  in their KVM 2 and has been working with zero downtime...so far for the past 4 months. Latency is slow. Speed is superb!

Their support extends beyond the normal Q&As as compared to others. The VPS panel is simple and easy to understand as compared to rackspace, softlayer or even with godaddy. They will drill down your issues and really put effort to understand your problem within 12 hours or less. At last, Im not talking to a "mindless and robotic, scripted support" who can not give SMART OPTIONS.

If you are starting a VPS reseller, you will not regret starting it with IO zoom....really...this is not paid review! infact check my sites hosted on them, now! Use pingdom to measure it.

I'm not stranger to hosting companies and dealing with their support, products and various other things. I'm a web developer / designer and own my own web dev firm, and for the past year we have been effortly searching for a solid managed VPS because our clients could no longer be on 'reseller' hosting plans due to the CPU / RAM that was needed to operate smoothly. So after trying out 4 various hosts offering managed VPS with prices in this range... none of them even came close to the support and response I got at IO Zoom. Obviously, they aren't perfect - they are relatively new to my knowledge and server stability has been overall better than expected, but not PERFECT (but, like I said, this is definitely budget VPS). Overall, I would highly recommend them for anyone needing a solid and affordable managed VPS, as they sure have some good and responsive support who go well above and beyond. Not sure about their unmanaged solutions. Thanks!

the servers are lightning fast and the support is awesome, i had a site hosted on a shared hosted with Ipage and it was super slow, so when i contact support about this
they migrate it and move everything on their server since i am not technical person... i am happy with the servise...

I've only been with them for a little over a month but recently had an issue with my vps where i thought it was a ddos attack. I sent a ticket to their support and didnt think they would do much considering my vps is unmanaged but they responded and even took a look at it and told me it was an issue with my teamspeak application causing high load. they even logged in and installed an app for me to monitor my vps. keep in mind this is an unmanaged vps! I highly recommend them and their prices are much more affordable compared to other companies.
