I really love this hosting company,everything works flawless.The uptime is 99.99...% and the rest of 0.01% is because i restart my vps manually ! The price is the best on the market with the options that many other charge you extra ! The tech support i was amazed how fast they respond and how professional and helpfull they are !

I am using it for a month and I do not have any issues at all.
Its been up all the time and the icing is the quick support which helps us alot.

IO Zoom has been a fantastic host thus far. Uptime has been almost 100% with no problems. And when I do, they're customer support is great to work with. It's quick and friendly whenever I have a question. Compared to other hosts I’ve tried, IO Zoom offers the best value for my money. I’d have to pay significantly more at other hosts or otherwise waste a lot of time with low level configuration to get the same performance. IO Zoom’s portal allows for quick website creation with next to no effort. PLUS, their Wordpress staging feature is incredibly handy. The feature is similar in nature to WP Engine’s, except at a fraction of the cost. Overall I LOVE IO Zoom and will probably migrate all of my websites over to them in the future.

Super fast speed, and the return visit after-sales staff members to solve the problem, and there will be efficient system backup service, the price is reasonable, if the current price based on more traffic to a little better

This is our first time we hire IO Zoom services, and we're very satisfied. In our case, we hired a VPS and is really, reaaally better than a shared hosting. By now, it works as we expected and the performance is very good (obviously it depends on what you hire).
We are not having any issues. It's very recommendable.
