It was a big decision to change hosting companies. My site was seamlessly migrated. Grateful thanks to both Youceff and Aaron, who stepped me through a couple of issues and took all the time that was needed to resolve.

The level of customer support at IonBlade is really unmatched. HostGator let my site go down do to minor issues that shouldn't be that hard to fix. After days of trying to get a hold of someone at HostGator that new what they were talking about, I decided to explore some other options. Recently one of my friends transferred to IonBlade so I checked it out and I am glad I did. Everyone who I have spoken with at IonBlade seems to be able to help or they can get you to someone who can very quickly. This never happened with HostGator they have no idea who you are and every time you get on live chat or phone they just end up opening a support ticket which doesn't get much attention. The migration went very smoothly and no down time at all. I am very happy I made the switch and would recommend this company to everyone.

We are in the final stages of completing our move from Justhost to ION Blade. Just when I thought the coast was clear, Justhost took down 36 sites in one move last Friday. Fortunately I had Mark from ION Blade help me fix a big mess. Justhost changed my Glue records breaking every site that was working perfectly. Thanks a million to ION Blad and Mark S. OK, I normally never write reviews because I never have the time but... Mark S over at Ionblade just save me from losing my biggest client. I was having issues with my last provider and the site was down for two days. After talking to Mark, he convinced me to move to Ionblade, which I did. After some calls and an open ticket to support, the Site was up the next morning. Can't believe I stayed so long with the old provider and put up with issue after issue.. I look forward to using Ionblade for years to come..
