I've been hosting with MDD since 2018. They have been wonderful! They have exceptional support that responds in minutes to a support request. They have always gone above and beyond to help me out with any questions or issues. I'm so glad I found them! MDD has that rare combination of great price and outstanding support!

I’ve been using shared hosting with MDD for over a year. Support is fantastic. Knowledgeable and patient. They offer everything that I need. I haven’t found a hosting service yet that’s never has at least some downtime, and MDD has had one or two minor outages since I started with them but they weren’t extended. Great bang for the buck.

Okay, first of all, I want to say that I am not the type of person who writes on forums and/or any platforms about "how satisfied I am or not". In short, it's not something I do. Simply, I stay or go far away.

But right now I really have the feeling to write a short review for MDDHosting and their support. Why? Because I am literally thrilled with their support. They are very professional and before all they know-how. I will give you a real scenario that I had with them a few days ago, below

My entire site was down from the backend, I had fatal issues after tons of updates and obfuscation of the codebase. I was about to contact them immediately and I placed my ticket as a 'High' priority. Believe it or not, they responded after a few seconds, with a constructive solution and a guide to the procedure for which I asked. To make me more excited, they didn't look at my internal problem superficially, like 'your issues in the backend are your problem, we are hosting service', instead of they helped me with super constructive solutions. Such as what can cause my problem, where I should take a look and what I should possibly do, etc. For all that time, they were 'live' with their support, it didn't take them more than a minute to answer my question. Btw, which were technical and very sensitive in nature. After all, when they saved my ass, here I am with a review of 10 stars for them!

And lastly, their hosting simply flies. One of the better decisions I made was migration with my sites to their servers.

First time i saw mddhosting in review hell they were top 1 and now top 2. Micheal and his team are very knowledgeable. They always respond on problems. They advice you how to do this that to counter measure occurrence of the problem.. And still mdd is my nambawan.

I had used and tested almost every web hosting provider and I can say that this web hosting perform much faster than their competitors. I mean it was so smooth,wether I am on the WordPress dashboard or in the cpanel.I feel mdd hosting performs well when installing WordPress plugins and themes when comparing to other web hosting in the same segment. The upload time was so quick and may this is the reason why everyone love this web hosting.

Today, I find MDDHosting shared hosting among the most powerful available, and, yes, I looked around. There are some good shared hosting available but in too many cases, resources are governed and limited in an effort to up-sell customers into more expensive and unnecessary VPS and dedicated hosting.

Web hosting industry-wide unfortunately remains akin to old-time used car selling in too many instances, rife with intentionally hidden critical details, price/feature shell games and murky pricing schemes. I signed up with them about six years ago, attracted by their professionalism, candor and integrity together with a devotion to a superb web hosting experience. And outstanding web hosting together with prompt support is what they deliver.
