Website now down for 5 days, support tickets sporadically updated with trivial information. The competency of this company is appalling, look elsewhere.

Absolute disgrace of a company have taken money off an expired card which they shouldn't have done in the first instance tried amicably to resolve and for them to refund the same day they had debited. Very unhelpful staff very unhelpful company during all this that is going on an absolute disgrace they won't own up and refund a payment they shouldn't have taken. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Rubbish technical support. Our email hasn't worked in near a month and we have paid £300 they charged to fix. They have taken money and do not respond to emails or urgent calls.
Stay away from this company!
Craig Johnson the guy we have liaised within technical support promised this issue would be fixed last week and nothing!.....all empty promised. Laura in social media customer support has become silence and the commercial director who I have emailed via Linkedin doesn't respond!

Left without email for 8 days. promised call backs and had none. Avoid!!!

This is an absolute scam avoid at all costs. I registered two domains last year for £2 something. Recently I received an email telling me the subscription will be £44 this year and it will automatically go out of my bank account. I cannot get access to their site to cancel my subscription. Criminals!

Renewed my pan early by mistake. Requested a refund within minutes for the £20 and they refused. Wouldn’t trust this company again.

Terrible over priced service.

Our domain and hosting were up for renewal.. hosting £164 + VAT when companies are charging £50 a year.

The domain renewed but the hosting did not. Again charging us £4 for a domain for 1 year when others charge £15 MAX.

As a result of their control panel not renewing both services Names have deleted our site we paid £1000's to have designed and now want us to pay them £167 to give us the files.

I was given 3 different prices from them today including £50.

There should not be any charge to give us the files we own.

We will seeking legal advice on this.

STAY Clear of the this company.

I've been charged for a .uk domain I never subscribed. They won't refund.
