I'm a newcomer to the reseller and web hosting industry, and despite this their staff has been more than willing to go above and beyond by providing me assistance with all problems I've request help with even though most have just been because of my lack of knowledge. I am extremely happy with the service provided thus far and I would recommend them just based on their support quality, and that's even without considering that their plans are reasonably priced and have great performance.
