roblems... slow to fix problems, very quick to blame everyone else from my Web design company to their email spam partners. They're also quite quick to try to upsell plans as a "solution" to problems. At one point when our site was down, after they fixed it they even suggested I check it daily to be sure it's working. Really? I thought that was their job. Most recently we had no email for a full day which they blamed on SpamExperts. Maybe so, but on top of all the problems over the past year or so, and the lack of support, I've had enough. Business is too important. Their support staff on LiveChat can't really do anything.... they simply escalate your concern and for the most part you just need to wait, and wait, and wait some more until they fix the problem. Of course, they have offered NO compensation for these problems and apparently no refund for the prepaid portion of my yearly plan, but I can't afford the losses and headaches to stay with them. So like everyone else, I will be forced to eat the loss when I settle on another company. Hopefully regulators will start cracking down on these practices. In the meantime, best to do a lot research, ask a lot of questions and choose the plan that is right when choosing hosting service.
