Real scumbags. I ordered a server, it took 27 hours to set up (they say 120 secs), Requested a cancellation and refund, they told me they couldn't ref
...und as it was outside 24 hours.
Paypal stepped in and processed it, and OVH helped themselves to more of my money the same day - outside of billing agreement terms.
Not sure why I can't rate them zero.
DO NOT SIGN UP. You will regret it.
