n't take it immediately for I wanted to see if I could afford this contract breaking hike. When I phoned them to accept the lower package they stated that it doesn't exist and that they never offered it to me. Now if I want to cancel, I need to pay a cancellation fee, yet after they broke contract and withdrew a different offer. stay away.
