I was a customer for 5+ mostly good years until suddenly they shut down all three of my sites and domains without prior notice or explanation.
...Apparently, there were issues with one of my WordPress sites regarding MYSQL, but they would not provide any details. about the problem or which 'site' was the cause. They did however advise me to migrate all my sites to their more expensive, more secure, hosting partner company (of course with no support or assistance to do so).
I inquired about a refund witch was completed within 12 hours and all of my access IMMEDIATLY terminated.
I might still be with them if they were half as eager/enthusiastic to help trouble shoot the issue as they were to kick me off their platform.
Its a good example of you get what you pay for.
