Hello, I've been using Eurohoster servers for over 13 years. Almost 24/7, whenever I open a support ticket, they resolve the issue within 5-10 minutes
.... Even though it's not their responsibility, they always help whenever I contact them.
The only problems I encountered were because I was tinkering with the servers myself. Otherwise, everything works perfectly.
Some companies just keep you waiting. Those who own websites will understand me; a server downtime of even a couple of hours causes huge losses. If you encounter other companies that just keep you waiting, don't bother working with them.
