Don't work with them, don't trust them.
I ordered a basic VPS from specified geolocation. They said they can prepare it in 24-48 hours, I asked if
...it can be faster, they said yes and charged 15 USD extra for faster setup, I gladly paid. All payments were in cryptocurrencies. I asked before payment, they said they will refund if anything happens.
Even they said 5-7 hours, they coudln't made it setup even on the 5th day. IT was just a basic cPanel/VPS. So I asked refund, they answered 1 day later as I pushed many times. They exactly said we can refund.
Now they refuse to refund in cryptocurrencies even I said I don't want anything in us dollars they can refund exactly same amount in BTC even without expenses. I'm trying to be nice as Bitcoin is going down now.
