They refused to migrate the service, refused my contractual 15-day money-back guarantee, and falsely accused me of breaching EU sanctions policy, completely ignoring the fact that my identity, funds, and contract originate from Kazakhstan. Cherry Servers is just looking for any bureaucratic pretext to keep your money. Extremely shady and unprofessional behavior from account managers. Proceeding with a bank dispute.
