...oved hosting to another service provider but domain name is still with them.
When I checked the domain details as routine one, I noticed that the Registrat Status was "OK". This should be "clientTransferProhibited".
I raised a service request to verify if Registrar Lock is enabled as third party whois services are not showing "clientTransferProhibited" as value for Registrar Status.
They replied that the issue resolved. When I checked, I was shocked to see my full name, address, mobile number are visible as contact information for registrar, administrative and technical contact as DomainRacer removed the privacy protection for the domain.
Their invoice includes ID Protection and I have paid for that.
After raising urgent ticket, they enabled privacy protection again.
After writing a review in a site similar to hostadvice, they started pestering me over WhatsApp to remove the review. One of the employee who services the tickets even offered to pay the fees I paid from his pocket but no senior official / management contacted me to resolve the issue.
Their technical knowledge and experience is very low and their English language skills are also very poor.
They do not understand importance of privacy.
Be careful if you choose DomainRacer.
