I was overcharged by $800, and it took them three weeks to even respond to my inquiry. When they finally did, I was told there was a processing error
...and promised a refund within 3-5 business days. Now, four months later, I still haven’t received my refund. Customer service continues to give me the runaround, offering delays and no real solutions. I’m now forced to dispute the charge with my bank. Absolutely awful experience.
