l I completed identity verification. There's no problem with that, but I'm not willing to go through identity verification for personal privacy reasons. I politely declined and asked for a refund. Since I topped up with cryptocurrency, refunds in such cases are not a standard operation and are handled manually. Again, no problem. However, I received no timeline from support for processing the refund, not even an approximate one. They treated me like shit and just gave responses to get rid of me. It seems to me they're counting on me just accepting the loss and forgetting about it. September 23 came, and after a bunch of attempts to find out something or speed up the process, they promised to issue the refund within 1-3 days. However, it's already October 4, and they say the process will take a few days, but overall almost a month has passed. It seems to me this service uses identity verification as a tool to hold on to clients funds.
