d extended family. Startlogic's responsiveness has always been good, up time good, email reliability good (in fact GREAT!). If I have EVER had a question, or needed help they 24/7 help desk has always been there for me. I would and do recommend ther Pro logic service to anybody.

No phone support, only support is by chat, and only consists of a barrage of copy/paste replies, such as "The case has been prioritized today" or "in 24 hours you will get an update from the team." But the update email never comes, and the issue is simply kicked down the road to the next day. DO NOT waste your money on this third-rate business. ANYBODY else would be better!
