Waited over 24 hours and the only response is a lie that there is no suitable replacement. No response to the ticket for nearly 24 hours after I asked them to UPGRADE to a dual CPU that showed 'in stock' online and the response I got from Jimmy was merely trying to get me to cancel all my remaining servers. This guy is a piece of work and obviously has some "issues". Disgraceful and ungrateful and unprofessional. Shame on you Jimmy Lu from disgraceful Psychz Network.
