R, YottaSrc support say "The new route and IP transit will be added within the next 48 hours, which will resolve all related problems and improve latency." And what??? HE REALLY DID IT, MY MS DROPPED TO 90, and my friend HAS MS 36!!!!!!!!!

ed purpose. I contacted support and asked for an IP replacement. At first, I was told that I needed to pay €1 for the change. Later, however, I was told that they would change the IP for free if I went to a review website and left them a review. In my opinion, asking a customer to leave a review in exchange for receiving a free IP change is unethical and undermines the credibility of customer reviews. Reviews should reflect a customer's genuine experience, not be encouraged through incentives tied to support services. I would have preferred to simply pay the €1 fee rather than be asked to leave what could effectively become an incentivized or misleading review. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly reduced my trust in this company, and I believe potential customers should be aware of how this situation was handled.
